Call Volume Charts
Call Volume monitoring is done frequently due to the rising amount of EMS (ambulance) calls and the decreasing amount of fire calls. Educating the public on EMS services such as: CPR classes, First Aid, and etc. Going to schools and educating children on fire safety has been a tradition for our fire dept. for many years. Other than going to schools we have meetings with the public, answering questions that the public have and educating them on fire safety. It is very important to us because we believe that deals with the decreasing amount on fire calls and the better patient care that is received prior to EMS arrival.
